Changes:

* Changed icons
* Added icon for starting the calendar from the main view, even the complete area

“Calendar Outlook” is clickable
* Added themes
* Fixed date time issue

ToDo:

* Add translations from community, if provieded
* Create some better icons
* Add some help content
* Optimize code

Issues:

* Anniversaries are not displayed correctly, they seem to be off by one day
* Loading time was reported to be somehow slow sometimes
* The State of a ToDo is not received by API correctly, hope Nokia will fix this
